Birth doula services with me include:
Monthly check-ins from the date of hire through 36 weeks
Weekly check-ins from 36 weeks until your birth
Unlimited phone/text/email support from date of hire through our final postpartum visit
A digital copy of Spinning Babies’ Daily Essentials Video (Digital Download)
A digital copy of my Birth Confidently: Your Comprehensive Workbook for Informed and Empowered Birth Planning
Access to my lending library
In-person on-call support as needed 24/7 until you have given birth
At least one prenatal meeting to discuss your preparations for birth (typically three, 2-hours each)
Backup doula support as needed at no additional fee
In-person support approximately 1 hour from the time you request my support in labor
Lactation support immediately after birth
Periodic postpartum check-ins following your birth until our postpartum visit
At least one postpartum visit (typically one, 1-hour each), approximately 2 weeks after your birth
A copy of my notes from your birth
Now partnering with Melissa Hnosko, IBCLC and postpartum doula at Lincoln Lactation to include one in-home lactation assessment within 48 hours of coming home with your new baby!
NOTE: I currently only take two due dates per month, so reach out early if you know you’d like a doula!
