Doula Joyce services for parents include birth doula services, childbirth education, and virtual consultations.
Birth Doula Services
NOTE: I currently only take two due dates per month, so reach out early if you know you’d like a doula!
As a birth doula, I provide professional physical support, emotional support, informational support, and advocacy to pregnant clients before, during, and immediately following childbirth.

Childbirth Education
I offer two types of classes to families in Lincoln and online.
Evidence Based BirthⓇ Childbirth Class is a 6 week complete childbirth education series developed by Evidence Based BirthⓇ with personalized mentoring by me!
Navigating Your Birth is a series of three childbirth education classes to help you prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum, designed by me. You can take all of them or choose just one!

Virtual Consultations
If you do not want or cannot access an in-person doula, but do have lots of questions you’d like some doula input on, a virtual consultation is for you. Consultations consist of a Zoom meeting where we will go over your questions, concerns, plans, and more. I will point you to the best information, experts, and resources that I know of, help you identify options and clarify your choices, and share with you the benefit of my years of training and experience. Consultations do not constitute medical advice.
