Birth Doula Services

Birth doula services with me include: 

  • Monthly check-ins from the date of hire through 36 weeks

  • Weekly check-ins from 36 weeks until your birth

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support from date of hire through our final postpartum visit

  • A digital copy of Spinning Babies’ Daily Essentials Video (Digital Download)

  • A digital copy of my book, Birth Confidently: Your Comprehensive Workbook for Informed and Empowered Birth Planning

  • Access to my lending library

  • In-person on-call support as needed 24/7 until you have given birth

  • At least one prenatal meeting to discuss your preparations for birth (typically three, 2-hours each)

  • Backup doula support as needed at no additional fee

  • In-person support approximately 1 hour from the time you request my support in labor

  • Lactation support immediately after birth

  • Periodic postpartum check-ins following your birth until our postpartum visit

  • At least one postpartum visit (typically one, 1-hour each), approximately 2 weeks after your birth

  • A copy of my notes from your birth

  • Now partnering with Melissa Hnosko, IBCLC and postpartum doula at Lincoln Lactation to include one in-home lactation assessment within 48 hours of coming home with your new baby!

NOTE: I currently only take two due dates per month and book very quickly, so reach out early if you know you’d like a doula!
