Birth and Postpartum Doula Services

Birth doula services with me include:
Monthly check-ins from the date of hire through 36 weeks
Weekly check-ins from 36 weeks until your birth
Unlimited phone/text/email support from date of hire through our final postpartum visit
A digital copy of Spinning Babies’ Daily Essentials Video (Digital Download)
A digital copy of my book, Birth Confidently: Your Comprehensive Workbook for Informed and Empowered Birth Planning
Access to my lending library
In-person on-call support as needed 24/7 until you have given birth
At least one prenatal meeting to discuss your preparations for birth (typically three, 2-hours each)
Backup doula support as needed at no additional fee
In-person support approximately 2 hours from the time you request my support in labor
Lactation support immediately after birth
Periodic postpartum check-ins following your birth until our postpartum visit
At least one postpartum visit (typically one, 1-hour each), approximately 2 weeks after your birth
A copy of my notes from your birth
One in-home lactation assessment from Lincoln Lactation within 48 hours of coming home with your new baby!
Postpartum doula services with me include:
Access to my lending library
At least one meeting to discuss your preparations for postpartum (prenatally if possible)
Practical support (dishes, light housekeeping, light food preparation, newborn care support)
Education on typical postpartum recovery and newborn appearance and behavior
Family support, focused on the postpartum client’s postpartum transition and recovery
NOTE: I currently only take two due dates per month and book very quickly, so reach out early if you know you’d like a doula!
